This co-operative housing development was the first to be developed under the City’s East of Bay Part II Plan, which sets down specific building envelope guidelines. These included the creation of a strong cornice line at the fourth floor, and steps at the eleventh and fifteenth storeys. The building contains 174 suites and three levels of underground parking, and it incorporates the new headquarters of the Ontario Civil Service Credit Union, which had previously been located on the site. Despite the tight site, the building offers outdoor amenity spaces, available to all residents, on the fourth and fifteenth floors.
